Whether you need a document notarized, a declaration sworn, or a certified copy for official use, we make the process clear, efficient, and professional.

Common documents we notarize or commission include:

• Travel consent letters for minors
• Statutory declarations
• Affidavits for court, insurance, or legal matters
• Certified true copies of passports, ID, and other original documents
• Sworn statements for lost property, name changes, or government forms
• Commissioning of Powers of Attorney, small claims, tribunal documents, and legal forms
• Notarial certificates (available upon request for documents we notarize)
   

If you are unsure which service you require, we are happy to assist you in determining the appropriate option.

To help ensure a smooth appointment, please bring:

• The original document (unsigned)
• Valid government-issued photo identification
• Any instructions, forms, or reference material from the organization requesting the notarized or commissioned document
• A second piece of ID, if applicable
• Payment by cash, debit, credit, or e-transfer
   

A short intake form will be provided for you to complete upon arrival.

• Starting at $60 – First notarized document
• $10 – Each additional document (same appointment)
  A Notary appointment is required

  A Commissioning appointment is required

These client convenience services are available in addition to your base appointment fee:

• Additional Certified True Copy: $20 per document
• Notarial Certificate: $20
• Photocopies/printing: $2.50/page
• Scan to Email: $2.00
• Faxing: $8.00
• Sealed Envelope: $2.00
• uncertified Copy for Records: $5 per document
   

Note: Final pricing depends on the number of pages, signatures, and the nature of the service requested. All fees will be confirmed before the appointment begins. Prices listed on this site are subject to change without notice. Urgent and after-hours appointments are subject to availability and must be arranged by phone. Same-day urgent requests cannot be booked online. Online bookings require at least 12 hours’ notice.

We offer appointments Monday to Friday. Same-day urgent appointments are often available (subject to a surcharge).
